ZEVA

Three home matches. Two sectors. Your numbers.

The pilot is how a club finds out what Zeva does at its own stadium before it commits. One sector runs with Zeva, a comparable sector runs without, and both are measured after every match.

From first call to final report.

Every step is agreed with your operations team before it happens.

  1. Scope

A call to walk through your matchday, then a written pilot scope: the matches, the sectors, the metrics and what the club provides.

  2. Workshop

Operations, security, concessions, commercial and the membership team in one room. We map the matchday journey and pick the two sectors.

  3. Three home matches

Fans in the pilot sector join on their phones, and so do your staff. We are on site for every match.

  4. A report after every match

Both sectors side by side, including anything that went worse, within 48 hours.

  5. Final review

After match three, a review with the club's leadership: what changed, what it would take to continue, and whether to.

What the pilot measures.

Four metrics, for both sectors, after every match. Targets are agreed before match one.

  • Join rate

The share of fans and staff in the pilot sector who joined on their phones.

  • Alert delivery at peak

How many people in each sector received an alert sent at the busiest moment.

  • Queue time

Average wait at the concession stands in each sector at half-time.

  • Staff response time

How long staff took to acknowledge an instruction during ingress, half-time and egress.

The results sheet.

This is the sheet every pilot fills in. It stays blank until your matches are played.

Who does what.

Written into the pilot scope before anything is signed.

The club

  • Picks the three home matches and the two sectors
  • Brings operations, security, concessions, commercial and membership to the workshop
  • Invites fans in the pilot sector, in its own words
  • Briefs the staff who will take part

Zeva

  • Writes the pilot scope and the data annex
  • Runs the workshop and sets up the pilot sector
  • Is on site for every match
  • Delivers a report within 48 hours of each match

After the pilot.

The club owns the results. If the numbers make the case, we agree what continuing looks like. If they do not, the club still has a measured answer from its own stadium.

The questions clubs ask first.

Scope a pilot at your stadium.

A 30-minute call is enough to pick the matches and the sectors.
