Privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Zeva Corp ("Zeva", "we") handles information collected through https://zeva.io. The Zeva protocol and SDK are governed by the agreements we sign with venues and organizers, and by the consent screens attendees see inside their apps.

Information we collect

When you request a demo or join our update list, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, organization, industry, typical attendance and anything you write in the message field.

We collect standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule a call and follow up about a deployment.

To send updates you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

To understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Attendee data and the protocol

Zeva relays encrypted payloads, not user data. Phones running Zeva forward packets they cannot read. Crowd intelligence is aggregate density and flow with no identities and no individual paths. Participation is opt-in through the venue's app.

Retention and your rights

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in conversation with you, and update-list subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
